This lovely patient has been under my care since 2007. Today she had the best ever laboratory tests and physical examination and all of that time and she is biologically younger than when she started. Itโs been a journey for the both of us but I can only say itโs adding decades of high-quality, vitaty to her life ๐ช๐ป๐
