Offered FREE as  a labor of love to aging cyclists everywhere. No email, no sign-up - just download and enjoy.

It's a wee 37-page tribute,  packed with great photos, stories and some truly hilarious antics.

Come along with Bennie and the Jets, a Christchurch mountain-bike tribe, set among beautiful South Island, New Zealand scenery.

One of the Jets is a Lifestyle Medicine specialist who weaves practical guidance and a quick questionnaire into the story so you can spot where you’re doing well -  or where you may need more than a new bottle of sealant for your tyres to get down the single-track of life!

Free to download:  Enjoy it and share it, with my best wishes.

**Also,  a few Mates wanted a printed gift edition - so it's on the way very soon.  Just watch for a new button to get a printed copy if you wish,  easy as.
